Should you experience an emergency after office hours, you were provided with a document called ‘Important Phone Numbers’ in your sign up pack when you commenced your tenancy.
As well as some handy numbers there were also the phone numbers for you to use in the case of an emergency. You can download this form in the PDF document on this page.
Please keep this list handy and refer to it in the case of an emergency (check your lease terms and conditions for the definition of an emergency).
For any storm damage resulting in a roof leaking, please contact the SES to assist you.
Please note that there is only the option of leaving a message after hours via our office on 3281 3800 and messages will not be checked over public holidays or after hours.
